More and more people every day start to ride a bike. Instead of going to a gym there are many who prefer a varied landscape activity to do alone, with family or friends.

It is not only the social aspect of entertainment that people adopt it, but the benefits to health. Bicycling is one of the healthy physical activities, and is recommended by physicians for almost everyone, from children to adults.

The truth is that there is plenty of evidence and research to conclude that cycling improves health. Specifically it is used by people who want to improve your cardiovascular system (heart and lungs). It has also been reported to have a positive effect on people with arthritis, assuming that the joint risk is lower.

However, the intense and widespread cycling can damage the knees. On the other hand, when used properly cycling can even be the ideal choice for rehabilitation of knee injuries.

For this particular exercise bikes are usually the best choice since it is done in controlled environments and insurance. Should be some adjustments to suit any bike, pedals, seat and handlebar height and characteristics of those who use it. The aim is to achieve a relaxed and comfortable on the bike it applies to bikes and street.

Another important aspect of indoor cycling is that it avoids such injury. The knee is the most common, but it is always necessary to use equipment safely and appropriately. If you go to route a helmet, shoes with good cushioning and a bottle of water are essential. At home, a bottle of water handy as well.

In short, whether you want to lose weight, improve your fitness, distracted for a while and in the midst of all that take your health to another level (one better of course) then cycling in all its forms is the alternative.

The buzz of hearing is a nuisance that affects millions of people around the world and in many cases without a correct diagnosis to help eliminate or reduce this symptom.

Statistically speaking, there are few cases where the tinnitus becomes a more annoying that can greatly affect the lives of those suffering. But precisely these dramatic cases are those that have allowed great progress in treatment to reduce its effects.

Tinnitus (perception of sound without any external source to provoke it), in extreme cases can cause mood disorders in patients, because it prevents them from concentrating on their daily tasks, affects communication with others and may even generate sleep disorders. Usually the effect on the psychic does not happen in a bad mood, irritability or nervousness, but there are also many documented cases of depression is mild to moderate.

It is worth mentioning that in the cases presented depressive symptoms associated with tinnitus, patients usually present a predisposition prior.

First, the patient should go to the clinician, who shall make the diagnosis of the disease that is causing the tinnitus. And while address its treatment (if any) will refer the patient to a psychologist, who will accompany you with your mood disorder, and the psychiatrist, who, if required, may administer the drugs that best conformed to this picture patient.

In many cases of tinnitus, and without a depressive component, are treated with antidepressants affected by tinnitus to reduce the incidence of this symptom in the patient’s daily life.

Clinical trials of some drugs shown to be effective in the treatment of tinnitus:

Benzodiazepines Aprazolam dose of 1 to 1.5 mg / day.

Antidepressants: Nortriptyline (50 to 150 mg / day) and amitriptyline (50 to 100 mg / day)

Our neurological structures can withstand a certain amount of information. That is the department store where there is what we feel, what we want and so on. But really are the intentions of the people who decide what things are and what not. The packets of information arranged according to the events intentions. When we want something we focus on one thing and exclude everything else. This allows us to be happy regardless of external circumstances and so many events.
May suggest that the less options we have, the easier it is to be happy.

If we learn to control what comes into our consciousness we can decide our happiness. But the reality is complex and finite consciousness.

If you think about your ideal life with what events you run?, Do you see with your coworkers in your current home, with people you do not intimate or somewhere other than you live, doing different things, bringing another life …?

Already you can flow with what you do and feel happy?
