Our neurological structures can withstand a certain amount of information. That is the department store where there is what we feel, what we want and so on. But really are the intentions of the people who decide what things are and what not. The packets of information arranged according to the events intentions. When we want something we focus on one thing and exclude everything else. This allows us to be happy regardless of external circumstances and so many events.
May suggest that the less options we have, the easier it is to be happy.

If we learn to control what comes into our consciousness we can decide our happiness. But the reality is complex and finite consciousness.

If you think about your ideal life with what events you run?, Do you see with your coworkers in your current home, with people you do not intimate or somewhere other than you live, doing different things, bringing another life …?

Already you can flow with what you do and feel happy?
