Summer and beach: run on the sand? aerobicoEl other day, urging you to try to go a step further with your walk, and attempting to run. Now that it’s hot and the beach is the scene of a large number of cities (coastal and tourism in particular) there are many who may believe they do so on the sand is a good option.

Well, as advised by Runners.es would not be the best alternative. Here are the reasons for the disappointing run for the beach:

In principle, it discourages the practice on the sand because it is unstable and does not configure a secure surface for the joints then. The sand does not provide stability and produce a “swing” on the joints than that the only thing that will do is raise the risk of injury.

And, although the surface is the sea, which can be a little better from this point of view, nor supports the weight of the body and movement without yielding.

Almonds and strawberries

Phytoestrogens are non-steroidal compounds. Are similar to human estrogen and affect the body similarly. They are found in almonds and strawberries, as well as less common foods such as soy beans and flax seed.

But not everything is going through the herbal paste or left in almonds and strawberries. Regular exercise also helps to compensate for hormonal imbalances that cause changes in mood.
